Black educators from the FY21 TAT group came together to decide on the structural direction of the TAT. Educators chose between two options, operating as 2 separate groups or remaining as one, with Black educators spearheading the team. Those who joined the conversation chose the latter, while also advocating for separate spaces in which they can come together and strategize.
