Webinar to Spotlight the Current State of NYC Reads and New York City’s Literacy Instruction Overhaul

NEW YORK CITY — Educators for Excellence-New York, in collaboration with the Knowledge Matters Campaign, is set to host a webinar on Wednesday, December 6th at 5:00 p.m., spotlighting the current state of NYC Reads. The event comes on the heels of New York City’s historic investment in the program, where all elementary schools receive new curricular materials and accompanying professional learning in response to New York’s literacy crisis.
