Educators for Excellence, Los Angeles condemns the hateful conversations between Councilmember Nury Martinez, Kevin de León, Gil Cedillo and President of the LA County Federation of Labor, Ron Herrera. Racism, homophobia, and anti-blackness are never acceptable, especially from our leaders. We must hold these elected officials accountable.  Kevin de Leon, Gil Cedillo should join their colleagues Nury Martinez and Ron Herrera by resigning immediately.
