Mina Johnson

National Digital Systems Manager

Mina was raised in a small Connecticut town by parents who worked long hours and weekends to afford her opportunities they did not have, most notably a higher education. From a young age, Mina was eager to learn and developed strong relationships with several of her teachers. It was through their mentorship that Mina recognized the significant role educators play in their students’ lives.

Mina is thrilled to be a part of the E4E team as mission-based work is where her heart is. She’s excited to help give teachers a voice to advocate on behalf of their students because she’s seen firsthand the impact they can have on students’ outcomes. Prior to joining E4E, Mina worked in digital advertising, while her non-profit marketing and communications experience includes time at The Greater Boston Food Bank and the Seneca Park Zoo Society in Rochester, NY.

Mina holds a bachelor’s degree in television, radio & film from Syracuse University and currently supports the Syracuse Alumni Club of Boston. She resides in Weymouth, Massachusetts with her partner and dog Cinnamon.
