Chiara Grabill

Chiara brings a rich and extensive background to this role with a deep commitment to educational equity, having started her career in the classroom as a 1st grade teacher in New York City. Subsequently, Chiara received her law degree from Columbia Law School and worked in child advocacy within the judicial system at Davis Polk and Legal Aid Society, and most recently, spent the last eight years in a variety of senior leadership roles at New Teacher Center, including serving as in-house Counsel, and leading development, amongst a variety of other functions, as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining E4E, she was independently consulting with several peer organizations on their strategy and providing executive leadership support. Chiara also serves on the board of a recently unionized charter school in her hometown in the Bay Area. She was drawn to E4E’s unique systems-level mission and theory of change.
