Chiara Grabill

Chiara brings a deep commitment to educational equity and currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Educators for Excellence since 2022 working to ensure teachers have a leading voice in the policies impacting their students and the profession. Chiara started her career in the classroom as a dual-language 1st grade teacher in New York City while obtaining her Masters in Bilingual Education from Columbia University. Subsequently, Chiara received her law degree from Columbia Law School and worked in child advocacy with a variety of nonprofits and in corporate litigation at Davis Polk. Prior to joining E4E, Chiara spent eight years in a variety of senior leadership roles at New Teacher Center scaling high quality mentor and coaching systems, including serving as in-house Counsel, Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. Chiara has also served on the board of a unionized charter school in her hometown in the Bay Area and is admitted to the Bar in CA and NY.
