If your house is on fire, you call the fire department. So why don’t we call on educators when it comes to shaping education policy?

As you know all too well, our voices are often overlooked when decisions are made that impact our students, schools, and profession.

That’s why after more than 1,200 surveys and 20 focus groups of Chicago educators, we are releasing an issue guide that outlines the concerns educators care about the most. We’re also hosting a series of conversations for educators to discuss how we can influence policymakers on these crucial issues. Will you join us?

I know that educators want better access to information and the decision-making processes that impact our classrooms, schools, and communities. It is absolutely essential that policymakers in our community hear directly from educators like you and I on the issues we care most about.

Space is limited at these events so RSVP right now to ensure your voice is heard!
