Educators 4 Excellence Co-CEO Evan Stone took time out to chat with the Core about educators and his work to broaden their base of resources. Evan attended a small private school, as a youth, in California and quickly experienced the achievement gap when his best friend was unable to attend the same school and experienced a wildly different education in the public sector. Stone wanted to address this issue in college and eventually taught for Teach for America at the largest elementary school in NY at PS 86 in the Bronx.
