Janine Morgan

Chief of Staff

Raised in Long Island, NY, Janine has always been driven by creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for empowering others. A Cornell graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Education, she started her career in higher education administration before earning her MBA at Long Island University.

Fueled by a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship, Janine opened a top-ranking bridal salon in 2015. During a decade in retail management, she found joy in helping brides step into confidence and embark on life’s next chapter. After years of building and rejuvenating businesses, she desired new avenues to channel her expertise and humanitarianism, leading her to Educators for Excellence.

Today, Janine combines her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills as Chief of Staff, providing critical support to ensure teacher voices remain central to educational policy and practice. Her role allows her to build teams, drive organizational progress, and contribute to meaningful change in education—continuing her legacy of empowering others and shaping futures.

Outside of work, Janine enjoys dance and spending time with her twelve-year-old son. Whether through personal storytelling (she’s working on her first novel) or collaborative projects, she believes life is best lived by embracing opportunities that lead to positive impact on others.
