Aaron Guerrero

Director of Campaign Communications and Digital Strategy

A northern California native, Aaron credits a diverse mix of public school teachers for growing his confidence and helping him discover what was possible when he fully applied himself.

Over the past 12 years, Aaron has worked in digital communications, with most of his experience at mission-driven education nonprofits focused on expanding access to high-quality public schools. At the California Charter Schools Association, he honed his skills as a strategist and content creator, leading organic and paid campaigns to mobilize advocates and educators from across the state. He later joined the nonpartisan watchdog Available to All, establishing and expanding the just-launched organization’s digital presence and shining a bright light on our nation’s longstanding unequal enrollment laws and the communities most hurt by them.

Aaron joined E4E because he believes that educators can and should be change makers whose voices help bring bold, proven policies to the classroom. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Ana, and reading every children’s book under the sun with their two daughters. He is a proud alum of the University of California, Davis.
