Rachelle Jeanty Organizer, Lead

Rachelle was born in Boston and raised in Randolph, Massachusetts, one of the most diverse communities in the commonwealth. Before E4E, Rachelle worked in both local and national campaigns such as the Elizabeth Warren campaign for president. Rachelle currently serves on the Blue Hills Regional Technical School School Committee. Rachelle is extremely active within the Town of Randolph, volunteering in her free time with the Mass Cultural Council and the Randolph Resiliency Committee.

She holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston, a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and a graduate certificate from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Rachelle joined E4E to continue to lead policy change not only through community organizing but within education. She hopes to help inspire educators and drive movements to create lasting change in Boston and statewide.

"This organization is rich in collaboration and possibility. The future is bright. I am grateful to be part of this movement with E4E! "
