Jennifer was inspired to join Educators for Excellence by her many experiences with passionate and dedicated educators doing their utmost every day for students in spite of policies that did not support their best efforts. She is excited to grow the community of donors of E4E-Los Angeles’ teacher-led movement that is tackling barriers at the system and policy level in support of high-quality teaching and learning.

Prior to joining E4E, Jennifer was the Vice President of Strategic Growth for School Leaders Network, where she led fundraising and expansion for their signature program serving public school principals. Previously, Jennifer served as the Foundation and Corporate Relations Director for the KIPP Foundation, where she worked with national partners on major gifts to support the growth of KIPP’s charter school network from 66 to 125 schools. Jennifer began her career as part of a grant-making team at The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, investing in leadership development programs for educators. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in studio art from Pomona College and her MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Jennifer serves on the Associates Board of Teach For America-Los Angeles and was a 2016 Leadership L.A. Fellow.
