Craig Wesley National Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Craig Wesley, a strategic disruptor in government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, has a passion for challenging the status quo and building a sense of community in the workplace. His most recent role was manager, diversity and inclusion for Unilever North America, where he oversaw strategies to achieve gender balance and increase African American and Hispanic representation in management.

Prior to joining Unilever, Craig was the senior manager of diversity and community outreach at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. In this position, he developed a training module for senior leadership, conducted survey outreach to Hispanic families impacted by multiple sclerosis, and led a public awareness campaign targeted to the African American community that garnered over 38 million media impressions.

Craig is a National Urban Fellow, a competitive 14-month accelerated leadership and development program for women and people of color. He holds a master’s in public administration from Baruch College and a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Purdue University.
